What: Project SAVE Mile Run
When: Sunday, March 1 at noon (registration begins at 11:30 am)
Where: Campus Ministry Center
The Office of Residence Life invites you to join us on Sunday, March 1, 2009, at 12:00 pm in the basement of St. Dominic Chapel, for the annual Project SAVE Week fundraiser. All are invited to compete in the on-campus "Mile Run". Registration for the race is $5; $3 if you register via the Project SAVE website www.pcsaveweek.com. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Sojourner House.
Competitors in both the male and female brackets will vie for the top prize of $75. Second and third place prizes include $50 and $25 cash prizes, respectively. All participants get a free raffle ticket for spectacular prizes, including an iPod Shuffle, movie tickets, gift cards, etc.

Following the "Mile Run" is the Healthy Relationships Resource Fair and Cookout, which will feature information from on and off-campus resources including SART, Sojourner House, STEP 1, Women Will, PC Safety and Security, the Personal Counseling Center, Day ONE, and the Women’s Center of RI. The "Silent Witness" installation, a collection of life-size silhouettes of domestic violence and sexual assault victims, will be featured. The "Clothesline Project," an installation and display of t-shirts from victims of sexual assault will also be on display.
