Once again, the road that runs behind Harkins Hall to the front of the Concannon Center will be closed from 6:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday September 19. This is due to underground construction for the new Student Center. The River Ave., entrance to campus will be open during this period. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected.
